The AdvKayaker Kayaks

All of the kayaks AdvKayaker uses are 100% perfect, comfortable and capable.
Unlike the average kayak you’ll find in a rental fleet, ours are all performers. Just as stable if not more and far easier to paddle and steer.
You’ll get around much faster, or just as slow. It really is entirely up to you.

The kayaks that AdvKayaker will provide have a low center of gravity which gives you much more stability and confidence, the greater lengths will give them much better tracking (direction). Our smallest kayak is a 15 foot Freedom SOT. Our longest is the 19.5 foot Necky Amaruk tandem sit in. All are shown below. These kayaks are stable and comfortable. They will go where all the others will and they’ll get you there as slow as the others if you wish or much faster.
You arriving back to shore safe and comfortable is, and always will be, our highest priority at AdvKayaker!

The Freedom 15′ for a sit on top, is extremely fast and stable and coasts very well

Prijon 18′ Kodiak
Sit In style single place kayak with rudder. Two hatches, large cockpit opening.
Deceptively fast, roomy, and has enough storage to go just about anywhere for as long as you would like. She has the gas pedal style rudder system making steering a breeze. She’s a beautiful and extremely comfortable boat and has become my first choice when headed off shore for any distance. A few scars here and there but she’s traveled to a lot of exciting places.

An hour later it was really getting fun. Much darker and wavy..er.

Necky Amaruk 18′ Tandem
Sit In style tandem kayak with rudder. Two hatches, large cockpit openings front and rear.
Lastly, well as of right now anyway is my big gal. She’s a beast of a kayak and far from the most graceful and sleek boat on the water but she’s comfortable, really quite fast for her size, and turns just a little tighter than an aircraft carrier. All joking aside she’s a neat boat to show people around in. Like my others, she’s a sit in but has a large cockpit opening for easy entry and once in, you still have room to move around. One of the nicest things about her is that the front and rear paddler are far enough apart you will never clash paddles. A divorce maker she is not.
My first few outings made me realize the rudder system had a lot of flaws. I installed rudder stops and lessened foot pedal throw dramatically. She turns a little faster now and is far more comfortable to steer. She’s a boat!

I pick on her a lot but she really is a wonderful tandem. A little heavy but super stable with a ton of room for both storage and occupants.
